BizDev: Figure that ad revenue would be around $51000 per year. Stage 1 would be ads. Stage 2 would begin starting on Monday along with VC/Angel pitches. Suggested adding home owner tools to the product in order to increase reselling ability.

Marketing: Building a brand strategy document. Completed the product description. Their update was really long, so I will post it in a separate post.

Development: Migration is up and running. Things are moving in the right direction. Prototype on pace to be delivered by midnight.

UX:  Is MIA (they are taking a break - it is such a nice day)

Creative: Logo is finalized (I will post it as soon as I get an image). Visual Design is on pace.
